Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order is processed and handed to our logistics partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive this email.

Order cut-off time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM UTC on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Email us at contact@find-mart.store with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.
Send photos of the item (required for damaged, defective, or wrong items). This speeds up your case significantly.
We will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps, including whether a return shipment is needed.
Refund issued within 5–10 business days of approval, to your original payment method.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement, before processing begins. Email us immediately at contact@find-mart.store. After processing has started, we cannot guarantee changes.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days — what should I do?

International packages sometimes experience delays at customs or in transit without tracking updates. If your tracking has been stagnant for more than 7 business days, please email us with your order number and we will investigate with our logistics partner.

Do I have to pay to return an item?

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Find Mart covers return shipping costs or in many cases may offer a full refund without requiring the item to be returned. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Our team will advise you on the best course of action when you contact us.

My package says delivered but I didn't receive it.

Please first check with neighbors, building mailrooms, or alternative delivery spots. If after 2 business days the package is still not found, email us. We will file a trace with the carrier and work to resolve the situation for you.

Can I order multiple items in one shipment?

Yes — when you add multiple items to your cart they will be consolidated where possible. However, some orders with items from different suppliers may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We ship to PO boxes in most countries via standard postal services. However, large or heavy items (furniture, large appliances) may require a physical address. If your order cannot be delivered to a PO box, we will contact you.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
