Shipping policy

All orders are processed withinย 1โ€“3 business daysย of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order is processed and handed to our logistics partner, you will receive aย shipping confirmation emailย with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive this email.

Order cut-off time

Orders placed beforeย 12:00 PM UTCย on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times & Costs

Find Mart ships globally. We partner with different logistics company globally, that delivers your order to you safetly and on time. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, based on your location.ย 

Important note on delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates based on normal conditions. They begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, weather events, or other factors outside our control. We will always notify you of any significant delays.

Expedited / Express shipping

Expedited shipping options (5โ€“8 business days for select destinations) may be available at checkout depending on your location and the product ordered. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed before payment.

Customs, duties & taxes

Find Mart ships internationally from our fulfillment centers. Your order may be subject toย import duties, customs fees, or taxesย imposed by your country. These charges are theย responsibility of the buyerย and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you're unsure about applicable fees. Find Mart is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Every order includes aย tracking numberย sent to your email once your order ships. You can track your order using any of the following methods:

  • Use your local postal service's tracking portal

If your tracking number shows no updates withinย 5 business daysย of receiving it, please contact us โ€” we will investigate immediately.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we are here to make it right.

What qualifies for a return

You may request a return or refund withinย 30 days of deliveryย if:

  • The item arrivedย damaged or defective
  • You received theย wrong itemย (different from what you ordered)
  • The item isย significantly differentย from the product description
  • The item wasย never deliveredย and the tracking shows no movement for 30+ days

What is not eligible for a return

  • Items where you simplyย changed your mindย after ordering
  • Items that have beenย used, worn, or altered
  • Items returnedย more than 30 days after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items marked asย final sale
  • Items damaged due toย misuse or improper care
  • Requests filedย more than 30 days after delivery

How to start a return

  1. Email usย atย contact@find-mart.storeย with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Send photosย of the item (required for damaged, defective, or wrong items). This speeds up your case significantly.
  3. We will reviewย your request withinย 2โ€“3 business daysย and respond with next steps, including whether a return shipment is needed.
  4. Refund issuedย within 5โ€“10 business days of approval, to your original payment method.

Tip: Always photograph your delivery

We recommend taking a short video or photos when opening any package. This is your best protection in case an item arrives damaged and makes the return process much faster.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled or modified withinย 12 hoursย of placement, before processing begins. Email us immediately at contact@find-mart.store. After processing has started, we cannot guarantee changes.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days โ€” what should I do?

International packages sometimes experience delays at customs or in transit without tracking updates. If your tracking has been stagnant for more thanย 7 business days, please email us with your order number and we will investigate with our logistics partner.

Do I have to pay to return an item?

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items,ย Find Mart covers return shipping costsย or in many cases may offer a full refund without requiring the item to be returned. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Our team will advise you on the best course of action when you contact us.

My package says delivered but I didn't receive it.

Please first check with neighbors, building mailrooms, or alternative delivery spots. If after 2 business days the package is still not found, email us. We will file a trace with the carrier and work to resolve the situation for you.

Can I order multiple items in one shipment?

Yes โ€” when you add multiple items to your cart they will be consolidated where possible. However, some orders with items from different suppliers may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We ship to PO boxes in most countries via standard postal services. However, large or heavy items (furniture, large appliances) may require a physical address. If your order cannot be delivered to a PO box, we will contact you.
